I'm a flip-flopper on the Lilly Pad....When he plays well I love him so much...but when he plays poorly I hate him SOOOO much because when he plays bad it is really bad....

I'm the same way. Lilja never seems to have average nights. He's either one of the best defensemen on the ice...or the absolute worst. Tonight, it's the latter. Although, Kronwall is making a bid for that spot tonight too.

The Blackhawks are playing really well and the Red Wings aren't. That's sort of it. The 'Hawks are a really aggressive team, particularly defensively, and it's thrown off our entire game. We thrive on having space to put things together and they aren't giving us any. Their penalty kill is a great example of this. It's just really thrown our game into a tizzy.

Also, the way they are playing we could see them in the first round of the post season. We need to figure out how to beat them now.

Saying stupid stuff like Kane is better than Zetterberg, thats ridiculous. Hawks have the longest time between Stanley Cups now, and aren't about to win one anytime soon. Hawks are improving, dont act like a bunghole just because you finally have a couple of players who score goals. I know its been a long time since the Hawks have been winners, but that's no excuse for acting the fool.

Kane is from Buffalo like me, and I hated him from right before the draft. When he was being interviewed he acted like he knew he was #1 overall and he was entitled to it when The other 2 guys in the top 3 easily could have been #1 overall as well. He is really arrogant...at least on the TV, I dunno about in person...

Thats cool, maybe he was just playing up to the home town crowd since it was the local news and he knew that was what they wanted to hear. So I could definitely have gotten a bad first impression of him and be inaccurate.

I didnt expect Kane and Toews to contribute as they have, honestly when havlat went down game one (I expected him to go down, just not that early). I didnt think we would be doing as well as we have with no havlat.
