Yeah they are really stinking up the joe, kind of like how the fans are crickets. Why can't the fans be loud like every other arena when their team is down? Geez another repeat of nashville, it's almost a deja-vu

A few weeks ago, I heard Bill Clement on XM radio saying that his only concern about the Red Wings is they haven't faced any adversity all season. Well, you can't say that anymore. Between the injuries and the losing streak, the Wings are knee deep in adversity. The Wings look as out of sorts now as they did in the first round of the 2006 playoffs against Edmonton.

I don't like seeing them lose, but I'd rather see this happen now than in April.

Right, because losing streaks like this can only happen once in a season. <_<

Ok...we have 2 strategies. That's it. Just 2...TWO strategies.

Dump the puck in and basically give it away.

OR

Give the puck to a D-man to take the shot.

Occasionaly Dats or Z will try to make a good play, but the other teams know how to stop Dats and Z now...whether they're together or apart.

What games do you watch? Every teams fans get quiet when theyre down and seemingly out. Ever heard of the phrase "silencing the crowd"?? Its hard to get up when your team is down by 3 and not really caring about it. No big hits, no nice plays, no big saves. What exactly should they be cheering about? If the wings can get themselves up when theyre down by 3, is a little noise from the crowd gonna help that much?

It's obvious that the Wings don't really know what to do when they get down a few goals and the opposition tightens things up. It's almost as if, because it rarely happens, we don't worry about it. But when it does, as it has tonight, it's like watching a team play together for the first time. They are just skating around making bad passes and getting stopped at the blue line.

And, folks, that is our luck. We finally get a power play, and Samuelsson takes a penalty. Good Lord.

A whistle for us FINALLY. I am willing to bet we do NOTHING with this opportunity. I am beginning to think Babcock just isn't a good coach/

Um, what? Sorry but thats ridiculous. He cant play the game for the guys. He has no control over the fact that 5 of his 6 defenseman playing tonight should never be seeing top 4 minutes, nor the fact that his goalie is playing suspect hockey, or the fact that his players wont do anything with the puck in the o zone..

Like I said, whats wrong with this team is that there are 9 bottom 6 forwards out there and 5 bottom pairing Dmen. Yet for some reason people seem to think we dont need to add a goal scorer and a top 4 Dman..
