He said it was because of a bet. The Penguins won their series with Hershey on Friday night, so the boys were out celebrating. Smith started his "streak" at about 2:29 AM in the 100 block of Adams Ave. and a cop car came around the corner. Ding-dong ran TO the cop car! Smith was charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, open lewdness, and indecent exposure. On a side note, Penguins winger Ryan Stone was also cited for public drunkenness after he failed to leave the scene when instructed to by police. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
