Who knows what can happen in a year, heck you could trade for Bertuzzi, he could leave for another team, and get bought out all in a little more then a year. All sorts of crazy crap can happen. How does Detroit send either D or Z plus anyone for Boumeester, they are both better players than him, therefore Florida would have to send more players. Right? Z for Bouwmeester Pavel for Bouwmeester Flip + Kronner for Bouwmeester Maybe a pick here or there to balance it out, but Bouwmeester will be a top 3 defenseman for a long time.
