haroldsnepsts 4,826 Report post Posted October 19, 2008 Hot totals are next to worthless. For one thing, the scorekeeper inflates the home team's hit totals into meaninglessness. For another, they don't tell you the quality of the hits, as you point out. Agreed. A lot of those stats totals fluctuate wildly based on which arena they're played in. I mean, I have no doubt Dats is the best pickpocket in the league, but when he plays at Joe Louis he seems to have 5 takeaways before he plays a shift.
