Well, you can attribute that loss to character. You don't let a team run you over 45 seconds after you score a huge goal. Props to the Canucks. They were the better team in the end. At least we got the 1 point.

As for Ozzie, he played very well - I just think hes cursed. How many games has he allowed fewer than 3 goals this year?

Then how can you even make a comment if it wasn't his fault. Shutting it down is one thing, but having zero chance on a play is another.

It's a confidence thing. I would love to feel confident when we have a one goal lead with 2 minutes to go. And lately, I don't.

Ozzie played very well and deserved the win. Team looked like they lost their legs from the third period on. Perhaps tired after all these road games, I don't know. But the Wings finally get to go home for two straight games. 2-0-1 in Canada isn't too shabby (sorry trying to be optimistic )

We lost on ******* piece of s*** call. Ridiculous.

Thats hardly the reason we lost. The Wings didnt have the jump this game. You dont let a team skate around in your zone til they get clean shots and all kinds of traffic in front of your net. They lost this game when they let the Nucks come back and tie it right away.

Alright, I'm off before I get further pissed off with all these overreactions being thrown around.

It's a confidence thing. I would love to feel confident when we have a one goal lead with 2 minutes to go. And lately, I don't.

That's whole a different story though.

Osgood deserves better. The funny thing, we just lost to ******* Curtis Sanford. If the Wings dont get bag skated all tommorow, Babcocks a joke. This teams heart was something I'd never go after, but I'm starting to wonder. Please dont quote me with 14-2-4 bull, we dont deserve that record. Osgood and Conklin do, the Wings however, do not. I'm looking forward to Wednesday though, we should be able to beat Montreal, there softer then we are. But Saturday night in Bostom might be a gong show, I'm going to bed so I dont get too mad/crazy seasons over blah blah garbage spewing out of me mouth. Night everybody!

Why are people saying BS call?.. That was a clear penalty on Franzen.. It was a dumb penalty to take but a penalty nonetheless.. Wings clearly couldnt take advantage of not playing against Luongo and were just throwing pucks at the net instead of actually trying to score.. In the end once again we couldnt hold the lead but I guess at least we get a point..

Time to call it a season, folks. This team is obviously not going anywhere.

This site has the worst "the sky is falling" syndrome I've ever seen.

14-3-3 is like the worst record in the league.

On a serious note though, Wings are finding ways to lose games they should be (and are, at one point) winning -- the finish and the defense is just awful compared to last season, however.

Worst 14-2 team I've ever seen.

Do you even enjoy watching red wings hockey or do you just like to point out flaws when they lose i never see you on here when they win whats the deal with that

Well, that was predictable.

Ain't that the truth. Dats got away with a little hook but the interference on Z right after that was BLATANT!!! And I don't know what it is but I pray we don't see the 'Nucks in the playoffs. They've given us the hardest time of any team this year (which isn't saying all that much). Other than that, s***ty loss but I gotta say Osgood had an amazing game. I'm not for or against Ozzie right now, for the fact his game hasn't been up to snuff but he played his heart out tonight. He deserved that win. Then again, that point could be made for Sanford. Ah well, just another immaterial loss in our season.
