Jedi 1,865 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 Wow. Great pressure by the ducks there to burn off 30 seconds there. Kept Nabokov in the net.

Heroes of Hockeytown 694 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 What an embarrassing, pathetic last gasp effort. What a sad bunch of ******* losers they have out in San Jose. I haven't got one good to say about them.
Jedi 1,865 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 2-0 lead for Anaheim. Would not have thought that would happen. The W for this game falls squarely on the shoulders of the PK for Anaheim. Seriously, keeping the Sharks at 0-for-6 in the game.
Cern 0 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 Oh god, it's 2006 all over again! Schadenfreude is awesome when you're not on the receiving end of it D:

Aki 0 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 well don't forget the 8th seed canucks were up 2-0 in 2002, but the wings came back to win, so it's not over for the sharks yet.
ComradeWasabi 109 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 The change in this Sharks team from last year is that they aren't even capable of winning ONE round.
Third Man In 2,091 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 The W for this game falls squarely on the shoulders of the PK for Anaheim. Seriously, keeping the Sharks at 0-for-6 in the game. indeed. the ducks really worked hard to give this game away by taking idiot penalties.

sjradio 0 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 With all of the stuff the Sharks did in the offseason to try to put them over the top. They are now collapsing under the weight of all that pressure of them supposedly being the best team in the league.
RockyMountainWingGal 108 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 Seriously, do people really fear the Sharks more than the Ducks in the playoffs? Apparently they shouldn't. WOW - same bunch of NO SHOWS every year. Please never ever let Joe Thornton on our team. This makes up for all the a$$ kissing I had to endure for the Sharks all year. I do have to feel a tad bit sorry for their fans - not that they couldn't come back and win the series, but take 4/5 from the Ducks with 3 games at the Pond....odds are against it. Shaman 713 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 damn...did anyone honestly predict the ducks would take the first 2 games? I have them winning in 7, not 4 lol
C-TownWing 0 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 Regardless of Wings opponents, you have to love watching these guys gag yet again. Absolutely no heart on that team. But I'm sure they'll be the consensus Cup pick next year even if they lose this series.
