That is BULLs***. Cheap shots happen from cheapshot players and it doesn't matter who the hell is on the ice. JEEZUUSS. Could you not go there right now? Just once?

He's right. No one on the ice right now is a match for Laroque and he knows it.

Laraque is not scared of Brad May. Laraque is pretty much the heavyweight champ so it doesn't really matter who is on the ice.

edit:quoted the wrong person

They just collided and Kronwall happened to get the worst of it.

You wanna watch that play again? Maybe ten times? And then maybe you'll see how Laraque almost pulled a groin muscle putting his knee out???

Don't waste your time and energy on that one. I'd rather sacrifice Brett Lebda to the Hockey Gods for Kronwall's health.

I can't believe that Mickey Redmond didn't make the trip to Montreal! What gives? I figured he'd be on tonight - all fired up and speaking French.

Mick is at the mercy of his food allergy and must take his own cooking utensils and food which requires that he stay at a hotel which offer cooking facilities that he can use. As such, he tends to only go on the road when he knows such accomodations exist. Saw it on a special a year or two ago.

Really nothing can happen in this game that will make me feel better about Kronwall. Just win the damn game and get out of there without anymore injuries. No use gooning it up and cheap shotting ourselves and risk letting Montreal back into the game. Then we lose Kronwall and the game. I'm devastated about losing Kronwall, this was shaping up to be his breakout season and to hurt the same knee he had trouble with in the past on a dirty play is horrible.

when's the last time you saw detroit goon it up? it's the opposite, nobody on the team (except may) does anything when the other team's playing dirty.

Well hey, at least George Malik thinks/hopes/it appears to him that Kronwall only has a sprain and out for a couple of weeks. Granted he likely doesn't know all that much about knee injuries but at least someone's optimistic.

Thanks - I knew he had health concerns, but didn't know the whole story.
