I feel ya. I was stationed in Germany for a few years and can relate. Enjoy it my friend.

For sure, and tomorrow it's a 6.30pm game, gotta enjoy the moment...and hope they put in a solid effort in both games of course...

Wow. Our injury description only takes up 1 line! Hurray for Progress!!!

LOL, I thought exactly the same thing :D

And may I join with all my Soft Euro brethren in celebrating the beauty of the afternoon matinee

Pav had his best game of the season when we played in Dallas a few weeks ago, lets hope for the same today.

So can we go ahead and call the imminent fight between May and Barch staged now?

esteef

Let's do!

Maybe Dallas will do something nasty to one of our players and it won't be called and May will take exception to it and try to retaliate and Barch will step in and the two will fight.

Then we can have a fight thread in the GD! Won't that be fun!?!?!

Yes, but hopefully this time it won't look like a staged fight, I mean the last one was pretty pathetic IMO.

Besides, we seem to play better as a whole with May in the lineup, whether he fights or not.

DAMNIT! It's an early game?

I might have to play the flu card today in order to get out of some prior arrangements so I can watch this game.

If you're going to fake sickness, stomach pain is the way to go. Can't prove you have it or don't have it, unlike with a flu or fever where you have to worry about falsifying thermometer readings.

But I'm guessing you probably don't have to prove the sickness to anyone... :P

every game counts for this team, a far cry from the complaint of the media in the past : the regular season is meaningless for the red wings and thus, their fans.

nothing is promised here, the wings need to earn this win.
