Doesn't excuse how we're playing but this happens even when we're playing good. It happens in every game, no matter who is playing who ...one team gets f***ed by the refs and i'm sick of watching the game I love go down the toilet. We should trade him and his contract for a guy who's capable of scoring more goals. Flip's not near as "bad" (he's great on defense) as he is just not the right piece of the puzzle for this team. He's put up some good points since coming back too, but obviously still needs to learn to be more effective, shoot more and score more goals. agreed, Flip needs to actually learn how to shoot, but he has been effective carrying and passing the puck. Also his defense has been great. I really wish Mickey Redmond and Ken stop bitching about missed calls all game, they sound like they are crying. I fail to see the point because we are the worst team to ever take the ice. Pavel Datsyuk - only 2 goals tonight? You suck. Let's trade him. As a matter of fact, let's just trade every single player on the team because they are the worst group of hockey players I have ever seen in my life. ------------------------------------------------------ Assuming you guys still have pulses, I hope you could have picked up on the extreme sarcasm on the above statement. This place is unbelievable. There are 29 games left in the season, we are what 5 points out of FOURTH place!? Yet, we aren't going to make the playoffs? Give me a break. There is no way this team doesn't make the playoffs. If we don't make the playoffs, I will never come on this site ever again. That is how confident I am. I will still stick by my prediction that we end up with either the 4 or 5 seed. This team is too good and too experienced not to make the playoffs. Give Ozzy a few more starts and then if after that he can not make a few key saves, I will too cast him off. End of Rant. On a positive note: Our forth line was pretty solid tonight. He's paid like one of our better players, but he is absolutely not one of our better players. He's one of the most redundant, inconsequential players on this team. He'd be a better player on a team that had a forward group that was weaker on defense as he'd be filling a hole there and playing a big role.
