Agreed, they aren't getting any time to rest and the team has looked a litte slow even in the Phoenix series. Win or Lose overall I'm pleased with the effort they gave this season given the injuries and no way will I bash any of the players at this point not even the goalie.

Yeah you gotta be happy with what the team has done this year considering what they had to work with (and against). I hope we can win this game and go on to take the series, but if we don't it's not the end of the world. Nobody should have expected us to run over ANYONE in the playoffs, least of all the #1 seed in the West.

Officiating has been fair. If the Wings choke now, it is not just on Howard. SJ has avoided unnecessary penalties and done great on the PK, so they've earned this shot.

Howard has not been the difference, unfortunately, and Nabakov has matched him.

I have said it before, and I will say it again.

The Wings come out with an outstanding effort in period 1 and 2. Then in the 3rd they stopped playing like that. The Wings have not put forward that hard fought effort for 60 minutes since game 7 of the Phoenix series. Sure, there has been a bad goal. Sure, there have been questionable calls. If the Wings would have had a solid 60 minute game, this game would be over right now and the Wings would have probably won.

If the Wings lose this game, they will have no one to blame but themselves. Win as a team, lose as a team. So far, with their effort in the 3rd, they are aiming to lose this game as a team.
