Doc Holliday 1,888 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 Woohoo now Ozzie is 9/13. Oops, 10/14 now. Look at him go! In my university that is a passing grade. CONGRATS OSGOOD YOU PASSED!
Guest Howard He Do It?! Report post Posted October 15, 2010 too many cute passes huds and flip look nice together though Agreed. Some of these guys need to get a little more selfish with the puck and shoot. Great save Ozzie!
GMRwings1983 8,804 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 Seagull with a missed breakaway.
Datsyerberger 279 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 Top line needs to produce. Holmstrom has been anything but production so far. I wouldn't mind seeing Zetterberg - Datsyuk - Cleary for a bit.
GMRwings1983 8,804 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 Osgood should just throw off his mask, jump Ribeiro, and start pounding his head into the ice, all the while howling like a werewolf. That would make this game for me. 1 Outsider reacted to this
Guest Howard He Do It?! Report post Posted October 15, 2010 Let's put Eaves on the top line.
Outsider 42 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 Osgood should just throw off his mask, jump Ribeiro, and start pounding his head into the ice, all the while howling like a werewolf. That would make this game for me. I concur. Excellent suggestion.
puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 I miss Turco. At least we will see lots of him in Chicago, unless he talks the coach into giving him the night off when the Wings are in town.
Sgt. Angry 23 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 OK, if the score was reversed, this would be about the time the Wings would have a 5-on-3 PK to kill. Don't suppose that will happen to Dallas, though.

Datsyerberger 279 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 Seagull with a missed breakaway. What a terrible name for a hockey player.
Heroes of Hockeytown 694 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 Well they've actually had the puck for a while. But they should probably shelf their "wait until the last ten minutes of the game to start resembling a hockey team" gameplan.

puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 Good thing, it wasn't a shut out. Oh, and I didn't pay a ton of money for a ticket and waste my time driving 4 hours each way to and from Dallas for this. Awful game. Sorry, Mo.

Guest Heaten Report post Posted October 15, 2010 This loss doesn't bother me, in fact, it'll probably bring them together and regroup and encourage them to stop playing so lazy. Their head's are still in the offseason, so this embarrassment should give them some spark. What does bother me is Franzen is injured. That stings! Oh, how anyone can blame Ozzie is beyond me. Stuart scored twice and Salei scored once on him. Salei and Janik are not very good.
Sgt. Angry 23 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 What a terrible name for a hockey player. Yeah, everytime I see that name, I think of Mr. VanDreisen, Beavis and Buttheads hippy teacher, sitting at the campfire singing his song about the lesbian seagull. Anything to keep my mind off of the piece of crap game I just watched.
gcom007 1,465 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 Defense needs to gel. Rough start to the season losing Raffi for awhile, but they've got to fight through it. Tonight was rough. Time for them to bounce back. I really hope Franzen is okay. Offense is definitely not the same without him. Osgood didn't play well but didn't get any help most of the night. Ugh. What an ugly game. No one on the Wings can be happy about this effort. Slow motion hustle and sloppy coverage in our end is just not going to cut it. 1 Vladifan reacted to this
LeftWinger 5,153 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 Also, considering all of his injuries, I know when he is in, he is really good, but remember the debate about whether we re-sign Franzen or Hossa? Well, since Franzen looks like a china doll every season, maybe we should've signed Hossa... BTW, another consistent china doll is Kronwall, look for his departure soon... Of course I hope not, but it would be par for course...

LidsFan 68 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 (edited) Thankfully it is finally over. I feel bad for Modano, I am sure he envisioned his home coming a lot different then how it went. I can't imagine how it would feel to go back to Dallas and be embarrassed in front of your former team. Edited October 15, 2010 by LidsFan
