Domi is underrated. 1 krsmith17 reacted to this

Son of a Wing 1,644 Report post Posted December 27, 2014 Domi does look very impressive. NHL-ready I'd say. Same with Duclair. 1 krsmith17 reacted to this
Ekmanc 586 Report post Posted December 27, 2014 Sweden vs Denmark 5-1, fairly uneventful game but Holmström continues to look good, very solid both ways and makes smart decisions.

Ekmanc 586 Report post Posted December 27, 2014 Could he grow into a top line center, please? Hard to say, he'd probably need to produce a bit more to be a true top line center but he's looking good so far and he's a 96 so he can play next year too and he's already 1C for Sweden which is quite impressive. RyanBarnes! 293 Report post Posted December 27, 2014 I like De La Rose on team Sweden, great size, hands and leadership. Too bad he's a Habs pick.

But I haven't seen much of him, so I hope he's just that good and we got another steal.

If anything I'm a little surprised that they don't use Nylander as 1C.

Son of a Wing 1,644 Report post Posted December 29, 2014 Wow Larkin looked excellent vs Germany. Definitely weaker competition, but really happy with his play. Great skater with nice hands and all-round ability.
Dabura 12,232 Report post Posted December 29, 2014 Two goals and an assist for (and some great PKing by) Larkin against Germany. He and Sharipov (German goalie) got players of the game honors. Sharipov was lights-out incredible; Larkin easily could've had a couple more points and the final score could've easily been 12-0.

Dabura 12,232 Report post Posted December 29, 2014 Imagine a line of Athanasiou-Larkin-Helm. We'd call it...The Fast Forward Line. "Man, this game is really dragging. Press Fast Forward!"

rick zombo 3,739 Report post Posted December 29, 2014 (edited) Is Larkin that fast or did you just think he'd complement them well? Just as fast as Helm. But he's bigger and has way better hands. Basically the difference between a first round and a 5th round pick. Edited December 29, 2014 by rick zombo
