I agree. No one can do it as well as he did. He stuck his butt out in the goalies face like it was nobodys business.

Homer was the man, he played that way better the anyone..the fact he had specially made pieces to fit his equipment is the sign of true dedication.

My uncles, sister, next door neighbor dentist's apprentice's dog catcher's boss's secretary tells me that rumor has it that Homer was so effective in front of the net because he had awful gas issues and would light up the goalies while standing in front of them causing them huge discomfort and also making them lose their train of thought....sounds legit!

Indeed a huge response. Now the challenge is keeping consistent. Jimmy looked like a back up goalie who got us the win, but hopefully petr is ready to go in Tampa.

Pav has really stepped up his game and I love the element that mantha adds playing on that line. I feel like our top 3 lines in general have looked a lot better lately and this is the perfect time for them to get fired up.

Ericsson continues to suck. He needs to be gone after this season. I know a lot of people have been hard on Kronner lately but I am willing to bet he shouldn't be back already and was brought back because we need him. Regardless I thought he was fine and got better as the game progressed. I wish we would call up oulette to play with Kronner and sit Ericsson.

Lets hope the wings keep going in Tampa on Tuesday. A win there would be huge.
