There is a man with a realistic perception of his morals and loyalty. I find it rather unlikely that many of the people bashing Hudler for abandoning the Wings would pass up a short term job from another non-rival company that offered much more respect, responsibility, and three times the money.

How about Brad May? He'll come out fired up for a game like this. He'll also give us some needed physicality against a bigger Sharks team. I say he plays before Williams or anyone else does?

Maybe it's just the heat of the game, but I felt myself getting irrationally angry during this game in a way that I don't usually feel. Every time the fans in that building cheered my blood pressure went up a little bit. When Setoguchi gashed Franzen open yet somehow drew a tripping call instead of sitting in the box for 4 like he should have, I think a small blood vessel in my brain burst. I understand that it's not his call, but he went down awfully hard considering he was busy taking a chunk out of Franzen's cheek. And when he flopped like Peter Forsberg to draw the 5 on 3 I almost broke the nearest object (my phone, not a good idea). This little s*** will be the object of my hatred for the remainder of this series and in every game that Detroit and San Jose play in the future.

Call me crazy but i think Williams might be productive, i mean he can't do much worse then Eaves was doing. Then again, once he's on the ice i'll realize why he sucks so bad.

I'm a bit frustrated that he left the team, but......I don't know anyone that would chose differently than what he chose given the offer! Money talks! I would change companies in a heart beat if someone offered me better money to do the same thing!

I didn't feel like I was personally affronted when he left, so now that he's coming back for next season, I'm quite happy about it. We need all the depth we can get and whatever way he can help, we're glad to have it.

I'll just say I am sure diving will be a closely watched issue from now on in this series and probably the rest of the playoffs. Eh, Diven Devin is just like a lot of other hockey players in today's game. Draper embellishes practically everything, I don't blame Devin as much as I do the refs that refuse to call obvious dives and obvious high stick penalties.
