I'm starting to think that Kronwall isn't worth the trouble anymore. Potential doesn't do you a whole lot of good if you're brittle as hell.

pucks to the knees will make you sting. he hasnt left the game yet so no worries. Hes the only one who did any good on the PK anyways.

What? "If only Williams were a left hand shot, that'd be in the back of the net."

I like people being charitable, but I'm thinking that's a bit too much.

these looney Dallas announcers are in love with Williams... maybe we could get them to trade us Stu Barnes for him or something. At least Stuey knows what to do with a gimme pass like Lang just sent Willee, and he flat out missed it with Smith completely out of the play. augh...

Is that a kneejerk response or is he genuinely injury-prone?

I ask sincerely, because I haven't kept up with his history.

True, true. I'm just getting worried. Probably blowing it out of proportion. He's played 48 games this season, so injuries haven't been a consistent problem for him this season. I'd like to see more out of him though.

(answering the Dallas broadcast question)

Osgood, Hasek, Belfour, Brodeur, Ward and Khabibulin.

his NHL debut was delayed some 2 years because of injuries

if I recall correctly. and then he spent half of his first year

curing broken foot (in Staples swamp).

He's definitely been troubled by injury.

The thing that gives me hope though is it hasn't been a lot of little nagging injuries. It's been a couple of freakish big ones. (broken leg and a torn ACL if I remember correctly).

Hopefully that's behind him.

I'm watching the Pens Blackhawks game on Yahoo.

Holy crap Crosby and Malkin are scary good.

I think Kronwall was really sent back by that broken leg he got in LA. Does anybody else remember how well he was playing as a Griffins call-up that year?? He was incredible as a first year guy. Hell, he was better than some veterans for that stint.

Which 6 active tenders won the Cup as starters... I think Ward counts, since he was basically the Canes' starter once Gerber stumbled.
