It's not even just that -- how many players have you seen just blow a tire out there? I counted three or four in that period alone (at least three Sharks players!)... The Wings need to keep stepping in and creating some good chances, and capitalize on them. We will be starting the Period with just a few seconds till a power play. Time to set the tone for Period 2. To be honest, I like it alot more when the luck is against us and we still are playing better than the other team. If I were to factor in luck, I'd say it should be 3-1 since to be fair we'd have to count CheechandChong's power play goal that shoulda-woulda-coulda, you know? Offsides 21 Report post Posted May 1, 2007 Wings need to come out strong in the next period! Lang's line has looked really good, but I'm always wanting to see Huds - Lang - Calder together. Huddles has seriously been creamed up and down the ice again....ha ha...poor little guy, but he always jumps back up. Man, we had so many chances that I thought FOR SURE were goals...ugh. Now we can't let all those almosts be 'what could have been' by letting them tie it up. We have to take those goals that we deserve! Couple of big saves by Dom, too.
