Guest DetroitIan Report post Posted December 20, 2007 Willis agrees to 3-year extension worth $29 million with Tigers http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3163167 Oh thats beautiful news! Cause the one thing I was unsure on, was how long we would have Willis and Cabrera. I wasn't sure how much they had left on their Florida deals. Great to see an extension already! Hopefully Cabrera will do likewise.

Yzerfan1999 81 Report post Posted January 9, 2008 and one of their best players, Konerko, is rumored to be on his way to the Angels. Oh how the mighty have fallen. I meant on the Athletics, cause they are losing Swisher - the ChiSox still look okay to me, Cabrera, Crede, Dye, and Thome are good players - so is Swisher. They need some SP help. BlakChamber 8 Report post Posted January 9, 2008 Once again, Trammell and Morris aren't elected to the Hall of Fame. What a joke.
betterREDthandead 58 Report post Posted January 9, 2008 Once again, Trammell and Morris aren't elected to the Hall of Fame. What a joke. I've pretty much resigned myself to the idea that Tram isn't going. Which is ridiculous. If Luis Aparicio is a HoFer, Trammell sure as hell is. I do think one day Jack Morris has a shot. The only thing that bugs me is that he is always portrayed as a Minnesota Twin, having spent all of one season there.

Its too bad that Tram, Morris, and even Sweet Lou weren't Yankees, they'd probably be in. I have a tough time taking the Baseball HOF seriously. Any organization that allows Rob Parker and Woody Paige to decide who's in the HOF has some problems.

timothy1997 0 Report post Posted January 13, 2008 ^^^ He said "BEFORE he is no longer a Tiger." My point is it is not a given that Inge will be traded like I might have been when the Tigers acquired Cabrera. Good news for me and Rwfan007, whom like Inge as a Tiger.
