edicius 3,269 Report post Posted January 15, 2008 Of course you'll watch. With some homemade. Yeah, you're probably right. Although, I'm all out of homemade...it'll be between a chardonnay or some vodka and cranberry juice tonight. redwings56 1 Report post Posted January 15, 2008 The Wings brought it to the Sens in the third period despite the loss and they will most definetly bounce back and crush the Thrashers. Red Wings 7 - 0 Thrashers Z, Cleary, Homer, Mule, Fil, Z, Hudler a couple powerplay goals, Lilja lays a huge hit tonight, possibly a fight. But no rivalry and only meeting so maybe not. Wings_Dynasty 267 Report post Posted January 15, 2008 I had a dream last night with a Red Wings score in it. Wings 6 (Dats, Z x2, Lids, Kronner, Malts) Thrashers 1 (who cares)

96warrior 11 Report post Posted January 15, 2008 From MLIVE: Downey in, Draper moved off centre so Franzen can go head-to-head against Holik Posted by George James Malik January 15, 2008 14:57PM The Detroit Red Wings are making two line-up changes tonight. The first involves replacing an injured Dallas Drake with Aaron Downey, and the second involves a positional shift for Kris Draper: January 15, RedWingsCorner: Johan Franzen will center the third line tonight with Kris Draper on his left wing. Normally, the roles would be reversed, but the Red Wings are testing Franzen against Bobby Holik to see how he fares against a big centerman. "We already know Drapes can play in the middle," said Detroit coach Mike Babcock. "There's no concern with that. Franzen's a great big guy. I feel that this is a good opportunity to see ... He played real well at center when we had injuries. And then after seeing that, I thought maybe he could be a good matchup center for us with his size. Tonight, he'll have the opportunity to go against a huge guy (Bobby Holik). "It gives us something right there that we can test to see how we match up in that area. When you go through the west, they've got some big, big centermen that can wear on your smaller guys. Holik gives us that opportunity to test that theory." wingnut40 176 Report post Posted January 15, 2008 The only good thing about a mini slump is that the red wings seem to follow that with a 9 game win streak (knock on wood)... Wings win 5-1 with cleary getting 2. My God, you're right!! We'll in this 5-1 or better. Hank, Cleary, Fil, Homer, and Andreas
