Kinda pissed, I wanted Salei. But man, it'd be DROP DEAD HILARIOUS if the Avs miss the playoffs.

My sentiments exactly. You, KP and I have ALWAYS pushed for Salei since he left Anaheim. But as usual...disappointment in him going elsewhere. Ah well.

Tampa made a horrible move to counter a horrible move.

Montreal makes a gamble.

San Jose makes a raping.

Holland makes a samwich.

JK.

I love Holland.

Not true... Holland is still trying to decide on what kind of sammich he wants, meanwhile the rest of the housemates are cleaning out the fridge and eating everything in sight. Looks like Kenny will be left with whatever he can find under the fridge. :)

Really pretty sad at this point. So many holes in the current team, and no ability to fill them

Jeff

I posted a topic about Brunnstrom earlier and can't find it. Maybe it was removed for some reason, but I haven't heard anything about him in a long time. Am I wrong in thinking that he would need to be signed by a team today in order to play in the NHL this year? Just curious. And I am sorry for reposting this thread.

Well, the Bertuzzi trade came at the last call...

What I dont understand is this:

1. Over 5 million bucks in cap space

2. a 2-7-1 record over the last 10 games

3. SIX key injuries

HOW MUCH MOTIVATION TO MAKE A TRADE DO YOU NEED KENNY?!?

agreed i know we've had a great team all season but that was then this is now teams are getting stronger we need to compete with them if we don't make a move then i see us exiting early dont get me wrong i have faith in our team but these teams that are getting better obviously weren't the same when we played them this year and the fact that we play San Jose after tonight later on this week is a first test for us.

T. Ruutu to the 'Canes for Andrew Ladd.

Horrible trade for Carolina, Chicago just got better. Anyone know why this trade was made? I see this ONLY benifiting Chicago now and also in the long run as Ladd will be a top tier player.

omg the teams right on our ass are getting better as we are on a terrible losing streak!

at least trade fedorov somewhere, i gotta know if i'm just throwing my wings jersey on or getting a new team's jersey today!!

richards trade stacks dallas, what a good move although losing jokinen is alittle heavy. i love what washington did with huet. kolzig's probably done next year. san jose getting campbell also sucks for the wings!!

COME ON KENNY!

i can barely concentrate on work

I live on the west coast, and have always been a strong supporter of keeping Detroit in the West conf. But f***, with how much the West is stocking up, I think we should trade our team to the Eastern Conf. for the duration of the season. If Detroit doesnt win the cup, i pick and Eastern champ cuz the Western survivor will be near dead after getting out of this mess.

Huet's a capable starter, is he just an insurance policy in case Olie goes down? And does this mean that Johnson is on the way out?

Not it means that Olaf is a UFA, Huet is a UFA, and and its obvious that one of the two is a much better bet to throw 3-4M at...

This is getting ridiculous. What is Holland waiting for?

For it to stop snowing. THEN he can get some moves done.

5 inches of snow doesn't stop people from going to a golf store, I can tell you that much
