Love Hossa, absolutely love him. He really is the one player in the team right now that really looks like he is giving it his all. Shame about the penalty but atleast he shows he's not happy about how Florida is taking over.

Lilja is having a really, really bad period. Datsyuk have been a shadow of himself this game, Zetterberg and Franzen are trying but not getting anywhere..

And the entire team seems in disarray in the defensive zone.

Vokoun hasn't been tested AT ALL.

And personally, I'm thinking Brad Mcrimmon is a ****** bag. Who mixes up the defensive pairings and decides to go with Rafalski and Lebda as a pair - the two Dmen who have been struggling the most defensively. Should we just compound their mental mistakes into one futile shift after shift?

Quincey still is looking really solid in LA. I still don't get how he couldn't crack this lineup. I guess he doesn't shot block or PK like Lilja?

I guess tons of ice time and powerplay/penalty kill time was all Kyle needed to blossom. 2 PP goals and 2 PP assists, go figure.

More than that though he's playing solid. Makes the simple play, actually plays physical. He's become one of their best Dmen.

He's on a pretty young, not very deep team playing tons of minutes and isn't really looking as inexperienced as he is out there.

I think that's part of being young and inexperienced though, you're not going to take as many risks. Rafalski's taking risks and coming out on the losing end more often than not it seems.

I think the phrase "Lebda couldn't clear" has become as common as "...and I approve this message"

"My friends...some people have been saying some pretty nasty things about Brett Lebda...and I couldn't agree with them more!" :P

I've watched him and agree. He's very smart and always makes the simple play. Looking at his stats on NHL.com, over 2 and half minutes per game on the PK, more then 3 and a half on the PP, 23 hits in 12 games, and 9 blocked shots. Even rating on the Kings. Add to that, they've been a much better team since he's joined them. I dont see how he's worse then Lilja, Lebda or Meech.
