I just watched Fight Night at the Joe in its entirety the other night, so I'm feeling the blood boil a little bit when I see that logo. I'm hoping for a blowout!

I'm going the my new Datsyuk jersey (purchased for me by a die-hard Avs boyfriend who now believes he is going to hell). If the Wings lose to such a s***ty team again, get prepared for a fan suicide in the recaps.

To make SeeinRed happy, the Wings will go into the 1st period intermission with one of their customary 14-3 leads, and to make SouthernWingsFan happy, the Wings are going to win this game by 10 touchdowns, just like every other game. :P

We have eight of us going to the game tonight. Unfortunately, we are up near the top, so you won't be able to see our own little sea of red/white. It's a first NHL game for two of the nephews.

A third nephew will be bringing his Wings-win mojo. He's been to three games and the Wings won them all.

Go Wings!

I'm expecting alot from the Wings tonight after losing to the Preds. The Avs are not even as good as the Preds - they are a very mediocre team that the Wings should have beat a few weeks ago. Budaj is back in net - imo the Avs would have a better chance with Raycroft after he played so well vs. us the last time. With Stastny out now too - they have little fire power. We need to win!

Another game with no FSN Detroit feed available outside the Michigan area, let's hope the Avs announcers aren't as bad as the Nashville idiots from last night. On the plus side, it looks like we get the pre/post game shows. Why can't they give us this on the FSN broadcasts?

I thought we played tomorrow night. Wow. Thought were were playing every-other-night until the back-to-back in Chicago. Hoping the Wings can keep the Avs to shooting from the perimeter and keep the crease clear.

By the way:

Lets. Go. Wings.

Is it a plumbing problem or weather related?

My kitchen plumbing is leaking, so I shut off the water at the main and I'm calling it good until Monday. If you can shut it off, DO IT!

As far as the Wings go:

Wings win 3-0. Drapes with the Hat Trick, just for a bit of late revenge.

One things it would be the weather as it is warm now and all the snow is melting. Sorry to hear about your kitchen plumbing.
