boomer 0 Report post Posted March 4, 2009 I know this has already been talked about a whole lot, but if Holland did go for Neil, what would the Wings have to give up if anything? Again, thanks in advance and a pre-apology for not paying enough attention earlier. What ever it would be it would have to be a trade to clear cap space not just draft picks. RedWingAbner 13 Report post Posted March 4, 2009 Recchi and a 2nd for Lashoff and Karsums. Lashoff? I thought he was pretty much a blue-chipper. Price seems high, but that TAM 2nd will be a high pick.

egroen 384 Report post Posted March 4, 2009 (edited) I know this has already been talked about a whole lot, but if Holland did go for Neil, what would the Wings have to give up if anything? Again, thanks in advance and a pre-apology for not paying enough attention earlier. Word was a 2nd rounder, but the Wings 2nd rounder is essentialy a 3rd. Holland stated last night he was not going for Neil. Detroit would not need to clear cap space. Edited March 4, 2009 by egroen
NeverForgetMac25 483 Report post Posted March 4, 2009 What did they give up for Recchi? Good depth move by Boston. They are in a little funk right now and a new, crafty vet might be a good addition to the mix. To BOS: (F) M. Recchi, 2010 2nd Round Pick - To TBL: (D) M. Lashoff, (F) M. Karsums
