I know they will get there butts in gear come play off time just things to make ya wonder Conklin played the last game, and like you said that was only 2 days ago. A home-and-away goalie tandem in the playoffs would have our two playing every 5 or 6 days during the initial stage of each series. Besides, one of our two tenders will be playing better come playoff time. You've gotta give the nod (both home and away) to the one that's playing better as a whole. I mean there is ryhme to reason in the statement "hockey is the only game that polices itself". Granted this only goes so far and in no way is literall it has some truth to it for sure. Bah, now Detroit going to the box. I refuse to whine about reffing, I think it is obnoxious - so I will bite my lip here. That said, here is a little clip of what I wish we could do this afternnon -- specifically in the second period right after the goal where the guy barreling to the net took Ozzie outta position: Ha ha, after an empty netter too.
