Im wondering whether I was seeing things or was Cleary in pain when he left the ice after a hit on his last shift?

Cleary, Leino or Filppula. Just saw that other number 1. Maybe it was Cleary. Was checked from behind, probably hurt his face.

No double teaming allowed. You have to make up a thread with hatred towards one player. Then people have to flame you for being a troll. Then you have to defend your views. Then, and only then, can your thread translate into goals.

After a slow 1st period the Wings worked their way into the game and played really good in the last 2 periods.

Couldn't be happier for Nick. One more milestone in one of the greatest hockey-careers of all time.

Also good for Z to have a 2 point night, and most of all get a goal. Maybe he'll loosen up a bit and get going. To be honest he didn't play that great tonight, atleast not for the first 2 periods.

Leino/Fil were great. They deserved a goal.

Helm, Maltby, Draper, Homer and Bertuzzi all had solid games.

Oh, and Ozzie was fantastic!

Chemistry is a wonderful thing.

2nd line was great and could've scored a couple. Third line looked good until they took a back seat. Ozzie and Bertuzzi very good and nice to see Homer and Malts continue to contribute.

Anyone else think Bert looked great on both sides of the puck again tongiht cause I sure did. Leino also impressed me.

I liked how Abdelkader almost looked like he was looking for a fight infront of the bench. Like to see the young guns stand up for themselves.

It still is.

We're currently on pace for 82, which is nowhere near the playoffs.

Right and the Yankees were at one point this season, on pace for 90 wins which is nowhere near the playoffs. In other words, prognostications after Game 5 mean diddly-s***.
