Zetterberg is a much better playoff performer than Datsyuk just saying. I also think he is a better defensive player in the regular season as well. Datsyuk is more flashy and damn good though.

Kudo's for him drawing the attetion of the Red Wing's two best players so his complementary player could get the ice he needed to help the team win.

He carried the team to the finals, and took the brunt of Detroit's main focus in the Finals.

He took the brunt because Babcock made it so. Malkin was weak in the finals last year and Crosby played much better, so he went with the better odds. He would have wound up winning if some players (Hoss, Dats, Huds, etc) had shown up when it mattered.

Anyways, Crosby has a cup, and that is great of him to win it. He was their leader and was a big part of the cup win. Just like Yzerman was for the Wings.

Crosby is a superstar, and you could pick either him or Ovechkin. I prefer Ovechkin but for my own reasons that differ from others. Big ******* whoop.

Jagr did this once when we had free hat night...they should try it more often. Someone said the hats were especially ugly so Crosby was just doing them a favor.

Sidenote: Valiquette played all game. Why would Tortorella not pull him?

Same thing happened to Toews last year, twice in one game, and they were free hardhats, and as usual edzo was getting offended by people throwing them off the top deck because they could hurt someone
