Game turned out pretty much like it should have. Wings really had no chance to win this game with half their team made up of AHL'ers playing against a talented, full Chicago lineup. Better luck next game.

Pretty bad game overall.

Offense brought nothing tonight.

Osgood's second period was just brutal.

May and Tardif both with dumb plays in front of the net. Abdelkader with a nice hit on Kane though.

Defense was mundane but has been worse. Overall the game was pretty bad to watch.

Also the Hawks fans should change their chant to "Grand Rapids sucks!" since that seems to be more accurate right now.

Looking forward to a much better effort Wednesday.

Osgood isn't a 6'2+ robotic b'fly style goalie like all of the new goalies coming up. It's kind of like how goals against Brodeur can look soft even though he makes lots of saves that others don't. They both play sort of an older style. Osgood has even more problems with soft goals because he's one of the smallest guys left in the league and has to scramble and move more.

That game sucked. Hopefully we can at least compete at home after some rest.

Obviously not a very good game. The offense did nothing and Ozzie was terrible. Defensively they seemed okay, the Hawks really didn't have that much going on but it really didn't matter with the aforementioned troubles.

With two days off and the back to back tables turned on the Hawks hopefully the Wings can make some hay Wednesday. A split would be pretty fantastic from where I'm sitting.

It's so funny.....one win against a team that destroyed you in the WC last year as well as beat you once already this year AND has 9 players out......yet you're celebrating like you actually accomplished something. Must set your heights pretty low, which isnt too uncommon for a blackhawks fan.

I'd also like to point out I'm upset that there was no goonery involved towards the end of the third.

I like watching guys like May for their ******* s*** up, and when your team gets shallacked by arguably their biggest rival I expect an elbow or two.
