What does this mean for Bobby Ryan then?

He signs a long term deal... there was no way the Ducks were letting him get away anyway... he will be a Duck for the foreseeable future...This will probably mean Selanne retires as well. He said he'll continue if they can be competitive again and do it "one more time". If Selanne retires, Koivu will likely be go on the free market.
What does this mean for Bobby Ryan then?
All I have to say about Holland and our off-season:
and finally
Holland is a damn good GM. period.

Pavel datsyuk is the best player in the world because he snatches the puck from unsuspecting forwards, then dangles 2 defenceman, and follows it up by doing "the datsyuk" on his victims, then calmly skates back to his bench ,and goes home to his girlfriend back in the motherland.

So that 2007 Cup winning team isnt really looking so good anymore. No Pronger, Niedermayer, Beauchemin... at least they have Lubo Vishnovsky as their #1 defenceman
I'd say its a push between Vishnovsky and Wisniewski.

Dino & Jimmy D in the Hall.
Cap goes up more than expected.
And this scumbag calls it quits leaving the ducks high & dry.
Not a bad hockey day for late June. I love it.

I'd say its a push between Vishnovsky and Wisniewski.
Rumor has it that Wis is looking for top-pair money, maybe he talked Neids into retirement to strengthen his case.
