"He even ate with women who at that time were accorded the same status as the family donkey. Are we willing to break bread with, say, child sex slaves, transgender teens and undocumented workers? Because when Jesus comes back to Earth, that's where he'll be hanging."
You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him.
Money on the Board - 100 bucks on the base. From here on, one buck per puck IN goal, win or lose!
Total right now: $110.

Anytime. There's not really a time when you can't waive a player. When's the earliest a team can place somebody on waivers?

Ok so when is the cut-off for roster moves that affect 2011 and not 2010? Is that opening day of free agency?

Would anybody really mind if he was picked up by another team?
No. He is a depth player that isn't going to get any better. I would rather he get picked up by a team that would give him more ice time than rot away in GR.

Not really. He's a solid, serviceable plug...nothing more. Those types of players make too little of an impact on any team they end up with to regret losing them.Would anybody really mind if he was picked up by another team?

Agreed, there's no room for him here, but the guy deserves a chance to play night in and night out in the NHL... good luck Meech! I don't know why, but I imagine him ending up in Philly... no rhyme or reason behind that, just a gut feeling...No. He is a depth player that isn't going to get any better. The end of the "Mebdeech" era is offically over with Lebda going to Toronto at a laughable contract and Meech being waived.
The peasants rejoice!
Meech isn't really gone yet though. Someone has to claim him. Right?
