how could you offer kindl for kubina? kubina is like a not as tough sutton.

As long as it's not here, Kubina is a pylon who is nothing more than a big shot from the point on the PP.
You may not like tough hockey, but it's winning hockey.

I think were good, we already have a pylon with a big shot for the PP but Babcock insists on having a forward play on the second PP unit.

I think his contract is up at the end of the year. We wouldn't owe him much, but who says he'd re-sign at the end of the season?

We could use another big body and a right handed shot, but he's old and slow. Unless Yzerman is in cahoots to help the Wings with a Draper-esque $1 trade, I say we pass.

Uwe Krupp had bigger size. And Kubina is hardly a fighter.

Doesn't seem like it would be a worthwhile move for the Wings to make.. Trading Kindl for Kubina is kind of a lateral move, I don't think it would make the Wings any worse, but I certainly don't think it would make them any better..

Kinda reminds me of when Freamon and McNulty are at the bar and Freamon warns McNulty that eventually there will come a time when the boss will ask McNulty for a list of places he wants to go.
