Did the new CBA introduce pushing as a penalty now? I know the Wings are getting outplayed but jesus. That is not a penalty. Maybe it was 2 for being named Kindl and sucking complete...well you get the idea.

Pushing... Poking... Tickling... They're all penalties in the new NHL.

I get small mistakes and mental breakdowns from the younger players once or twice a game, but Kindl is a train wreck.

This season we have thrived off of calling up the kids and prospects, putting them in important situations and getting a positive result.

Why not take a shot at some young defender in our system, call them up, bench Kindl for a couple games, and see how it goes? I really don't see any negatives in this scenario, especially for the last few games if we clinch a playoff spot.

The refs have been a joke so far. I counted at least 4 habs penalties that were far worse then what the wings were called for that period... That's just pathetic. The best part is all habs powerplays came literally right after they should have been called for something.

Aside from the poor officiating, the wings need to be better. They were a step behind most the period. I think pav would benefit from the speed and energy of Nyquist. I can't stand franzen playing with Nyquist. Nyquist- pav- Alfie is a great line. Either way, wings need to come out more engaged.
