He didn't definitively rule it out. It was more typical Holland speak -- they would prefer Larkin start in Grand Rapids and play a lot, as opposed to limited minutes in Detroit. (but not really) So teams will have no timeouts this year. And by that I mean, if you want to retain your "challenge" you have to give up your time out, And being that the NHL has, by FAR the worst, most inconsistent and horrible officiating in all of professional sports, you pretty much have to give up your time out to challenge the potential (but likely) bad or non-calls by the refs.
