DRW Training Camp 2017

Training camp starts next week. Starting a thread for all things Training Camp. Its been on my bucket list for awhile to attend the Red Wings training camp in Traverse City. Will be there Friday and Saturday. Anyone else attending? Anyone else been there who can tell me how long does camp last each day? Is it all day or a few hours? Can you bring in your camera and take pics? Any advice or experiences would be much appreciated.

Never been, but I sure wish there was a player attending we should've drafted!  

So weird, this username shows up and The Breakfast Club comes on TV. Never even noticed the this was used in the movie. Too funny!

Looks like he's giving it another go...much like Franzen, it probably won't last long unless he really applies himself.

Svechnikov and to a lesser extent Holmstrom should stand out among this forward group. I'm really looking forward to see what Rasmussen shows in this tourney. I've only seen him play a few games a couple years ago in the World Juniors, and even then I obviously wasn't paying any real attention to him specifically. Hopefully he's right there with Svech. I'm also looking forward to see Smith, Zablocki and Gallant. The defense is a little more potent than the forwards this year, which hasn't been the case in years. I'm hoping Cholowski really stands out above everyone else. Also looking forward to see Hronek, Saarijarvi and Sambrook.

Fun Fact: Invitee Luke Esposito's uncle is Mark Messier.

I too hope that Ras really impresses in the Tourney. I've been highly critical of the pick and would like to really be proven wrong about him.

I'm not sure there is a game now. Maybe just practice? Not sure, but here's a different list of game times...
