They likely feel like they're playing with house money and will ride this s***show into the summer when it's easier to make the deal for the player you want vs. Who's available. Trouble is, he's not even the best goalie in GR right now so that's sub optimal. We are about to get the absolute guts ripped out of our season if we don't start scoring some goals right now. If ever there was a time to win the proverbial "6-5" game this would be it. I'd obviously prefer we trade for someone, but with half the league needing goaltenders anybody who's got an extra one is probably smart to hang on to them and let the bidding war drive prices up. Coach keeps on a 11 - 7 bench despite lack of bodies Lose JT then lose Larkin and Perron the same night. Fabri keeps getting cut and missing shifts....but God love him the dude keeps coming back Team trying to get Kane involved deferring too much to him Have a huge amount of games in short order while being short handed Now we get forwards back and have no goalies so maybe we get our offense back. kipwinger 8,555 Report post Posted January 13 It's being reported that Lyon and Reimer will each split a game this weekend. Given that we're only 3 points behind Toronto in the standings, it makes sense to me that Lyon would get the start tomorrow against them and Reimer would go tonight.
