A slow piece of s***. But who cares, speed doesn't matter in hockey anyway.
Can Lucic play without the puck? You've got to be able to play without the puck if you want to have any success in this league. The best offense is never having the puck and always defending. Can Lucic never have the puck and always defend? Can he block shots? Can he kill penalties? Can he take faceoffs? Can he Luke Glendening? Can he Drew Miller? Can he fourth line? Is he a proven winner? Is he a guy you win with? Is he elite, elite? Is he real good? Is he heavy on the puck? Is he real responsible defensively? Is he real good defensively? Is he grit? Is he leadership? Is he veteran? Is he leadership veteran? Is he experience? Is he big? Is he physics??? Is he from the Michigans?????
I can see this. Blashill is a lot like Babs he expects a lot out of his centermen but mostly safe defensive play before before offense. Richards isn't great defensively, mostly because of his skating, but he's not going to make careless plays with the puck that we might see more from AA if he starts getting a lot of minutes
It's frustrating, especially since we struggle to score but I understand this philosophy and we see more centermen in the league like Toews and Kopitar having more team success then guys like Duchene and maybe a reason Stamkos doesn't play centre for Cooper
I disagree with the bolded. Richards was a turnover machine and play killer for large parts of many nights. Every now and then he would have the wiley veteran play but he was also a hindrance to the team. I really hope he doesn't come back.
Great. Awesome. Go write about it in your Gustav Nyquist fan blog before you tuck yourself into bed under your Gustav Nyquist goose down comforter so you can have Gustav Nyquist dreams about Gustav Nyquist scoring 1 Gustav Nyquist point every 300 minutes of Gustav Nyquist playoff hockey. I don't care anymore.
Sure we have history with the Sharks but to I'm pretty much over it. The Sharks are a pretty likeable team to me and they play a good brand of hockey. Pavelski and Burns are awesome
I think it's the Sharks year. Their best players are playing like there best players and also getting very solid production from secondary scorers plus their power play is lethal. They got a lot going for them right now
