I've lived in Flyers territory for most of my life. Attended Game 2 of the '97 SCF, when I was just a little kid. Saw a drunk-ass Flyers fan pour a beer on some Wings fans while the Wings fan was taking a leak, just minding his own business and pissing in the urinal. He was wearing an Yzerman jersey. "F*** YZERMAN AND F*** YOU, MAN!" It was then I knew that the Wings were going to win that series and the Flyers were never going to win another Cup ever again. Because their fans suck.

Good to see Edzo is doing well, or at least as well as he can be doing. Never been a big fan of Edzo the Color Commentator, but at the end of the day he's a human being like you and me. F*** cancer.

The Red Wings did not hold a morning skate but six players went out on the ice: Howard, Mrazek, Ouellet, Witkowski, Booth and Frk. Good to see the goalies and scratches and fourth liners out there working. Makes sense.

Don't know why you think positivity on Larkin is misplaced. He is doing well and developing well at center in his first full year there. Maybe if you said not elite, fine, but average doesn't fit. He's 55th in points and that's definitely better than an "average NHL'er". (21 non goalies per rosterX31 teams=651 NHLers) 55th of 651 shouldn't be average in any consideration. And he's in the top 30 for forwards' ATOI (28th). That's a good sign for him becoming a number 1 center. In terms of icetime, he's already handling the amount of a #1. Among the fastest skaters in the league. Plays PP and PK which is kind of rare and only 3 players have more than his 2 shorthanded goals. (FYI our PP is still 8th despite our struggles, PK is meh at 15th) (nhl.com stats) He's doing well.
