Yeah. That was a huge departure from their previous albums stylewise, but you could already see the transition with "Achtung Baby" and "Zooropa". That's why "All That You Can't Leave Behind" was a welcome change back to their more traditional style for old school fans. "How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb" was even better, in my opinion, and the last great U2 album. The following albums just seemed like leftover stuff from previous albums and just wasnt up to standard imo.

I dont understand this. I dont think Yzerman will do it but theres def much reason for him to trade up. Having the deepest prospect pool in the league but not having any elite talent in that pool is why hed do it. Id be fine with MBN/Hage/Greentree at 15 but why not pony up extra assets which they have more then theyll ever need and get a Catton/Eiserman? I dont know how many times it needs to be said but Quality > Quantity. 15+47+Berg/AJo for 10/11/12 if a player like Catton falls makes a lot of sense imo.

Literally depends on the circumstances. Like Babcock, he needs to be given the right scenario to succeed. I do believe that the KH hate over the years was overblown. The streak was a mandate so I don't even blame him for stretching it out for as long as he did. And I don't think he is a BAD GM. He is just better as a tinkerer than as a builder/rebuilder.
