And then when Playoffs come he will get Knocked around like he was 5.

Yeah, Kozzie never performed in the playoffs...

The Wings will pass on Kozlov cause he is a sissy and they already have 2 glorious playmakers in Zetterberg and Datsyuk.

Red Wings sign Micheal Peca to a 2 year, 4 million dollar deal. You heard it here first.

The fact is everyone thought Bert was 100% going to sign back with the wings. As things look to get darker and darker between him and Holland, any of the players your requesting probably have a chance to be a wing. Hopefully someone with grit...not Kozlov.

I don't like that list at all.... Well, at least they didn't list Detroit as a potential Kozlov suitor.

If we don't sign Bert, it won't be his or Holland's fault. It'll be the fault of the idiot owners who ran up the prices this offseason.

But frankly, we need Bertuzzi and if we don't sign him, they're going to have to spend the money (maybe even more than it would take to lock him up) on someone else. And I don't really think there are a lot of better guys available, money issues or not.

If they had any sense, they'd cut Hasek loose. I really don't feel like he has a place in the future of this franchise.

Oh god. The only free agent rumoured to Detroit is Ruslan Fedotenko?

Sweet, he had 41 points once.....

Don't crucify me for saying this, but the Wings don't need any more Euro 'Stars'. The Ducks won the cup with toughness, which as they showed - typically comes from North American style players. If we are going to sign a 40-50 point guy, why not spend the money on someone who plays like Cleary or Draper. I still say Peca would be a nice addition to any team, particularly THIS team. He is the kind of guy who picks up his play in a BIG way in the playoffs too. Remember what he did for the Oilers during there '06 run? I bet he could be had for pretty cheap too...

Dont feel bad for saying that, cause its the truth. You can even dip further back in recent history from Anaheim, look at Carolina last year...TB the year before. Both heavily North American led, even the runners up in Calgary and Edmonton were loaded with NA's. Ottawa this year was a little more of a mixture than those teams but still had quite a few. For the Red Wings to just go and add another european forward when they already have so many as it is is a huge mistake.

i don't think Kenny will sign another European who has not grit. He already stated yesterday that the team needs to look at getting some physical aspects in the lineup. I'm not worried....
