I mean after the all star weekend (which I know does not matter, but still lingers in your mind...) I was really feeling wishy-washy about osgood. I love the guy, I want to see him do very well. He is so likable, but I personally always get that feeling like I know he could break my heart at anytime. ;-) Man, tonight changed that for me. I thought he really played incredible. If there were ever a doubt, he wiped them away for me. So happy we won! Especially to do it ol' wayne again. How about him using the smelling salts?!? Bryz is bitter because he's in Phoenix, and isn't a Red Wing. I laugh when anyone says a team or player excelled because they were "lucky." You don't excel in the NHL because you're lucky, although luck sometimes seems to favor one team or another (sometimes "luck" appears to wear black and white striped shirts...) Ozzie stole this game for the Wings. They played like they had a vacation-hangover, and he kept them in it until they woke up. The save at the end was the vein-popper for Wayner. Did they show him cussing this time? I missed it if so. I love Nick and understand the award of first star to him, but I'd have given it to Ozzie last night. I don't blame him. hmm it seems like you and i both agree with mr osgood's luck hasn't run out. ozzie was spectacular last night. the wings have two starting goalies and i love em both, but i think i pull for osgood to be totally lights out just a bit more because so many people have been writing him off or discrediting him as some crap 2nd tier goalie around the league. osgood's redemption starts with the all star game, and ends with a stanley cup? hmmm Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
