I hate the Canucks the most out of any team in the NHL so I wouldn't mind seeing them not make the playoffs. Although I wouldn't mind seeing them get kicked out first round as it is annoying to hear Canuck fans talk about how they are going to win the cup every season and playoffs. As much as people don´t like that idea around here, its looking more and more like a good idea the way possible UFAs are being re-signed (Dumont, possibly Vrbata) and others are looking like theyre either not going to waive their NTCs or their prices will be through the roof (Hossa, Sundin). And when ever i see that they lost it brings a smile to my face and i love going on their boards and watching them all panic. I dont see the canucks making the playoffs. Even though they are only 1 point away right now. Even if they some how do make the playoffs they will get owned in the 1st round. . Roberto cant carry them for long. larionov_8 12 Report post Posted February 5, 2008 (edited) Must be giving the guys bad skates...some are too stiff and the guys turn ankles, others are too soft and shot blocking breaks their foot, and only Luongo's skates are just right. But in reality, its probably just a curse. Good riddance to competition. By the way, it's definitely not the state of Vancouver that's the problem...because its a city...and Canada doesn't even have states. Just thought I'd be smart. I really dislike the ducks (as a Wing fan would after last year) and even though they had a very slow start ... they will make the playoffs. But just looking at the West right now is unreal. A very very good team will miss the playoffs this year in the west. The last 5 or so games of the season are going to be nuts.
