Adding offensively skilled players like Guerin and Kunitz, along with the return of Gonchar and the imminent return of Crosby greatly improves the offense. The addition of Craig Adams will add solid play to the 3rd and 4th lines as well I think this is a great move for the Penguins. He is far less selfish than Satan, and should fit in a lot better. I'm not going to "lose my mind" over it, but hell, he was a player that Wings could have used. Likely Phoenix would have wanted far more than the Wings would offer.
