Refs can't have this much power, their needs to be some sort of like "Challenge system". Like in Tennis, when one of the "refs" make a bad call, the player can challenge, and look at the replay. That's what they should do, Coach can challenge lets say 2 calls a game, and it goes straight to Toronto.
