zettie85 106 Report post Posted November 19, 2009 what's the logic in this? i really don't understand. to me as anyone who watches the replay you can CLEARLY hear the whistle blows AFTER the puck is IN the goal. and its not milli seconds, its 1-3 seconds after. What can possibly be the reasoning behind this? Seriously. A monkey revieweing that goal would judge it a good goal It's al about the bulls*** intent rule. 3 seconds is rather long for a guy to raise his hand to his mouth. I don't really know how they could blow this one. Pun intended. Instead of having the intent rule the league put in a rule or just common practice, where the ref puts the ******* whistle in his mouth when the puck is around the net.
