For the most part, a good game by the Wings. Pavel and Mule looked insane, sooooo good. Gives me confidence going forward. We need to make something happen on the 2nd and 3rd lines though. We'll see if Holland has anything planned.

This was the start we needed for our run to the playoffs. I wish, I wish, I wish that this is the beginning of a win streak.

I can't understand how that roster is anywhere other than last place in the NHL.

Before this season, I hadn't heard of 75% of the players on their team.

But then we have Poop-Poop-Poop as a 3rd line. I know you want Fil in the top 6 but I'm not sure that's in the best interest of this team right now.

Helm, Miller and Williams can all play center. I think a third line with Williams Helm Cleary will be good. Not great, but still good.

IMO what it comes down to is choosing between a sub-par top 6 and a great third line, or a good third line and a great top 6. It's really not just about Flip getting top 6 time, though that is the key.
