Seriously... I know I'm gonna wake up tomorrow and he's gonna be in the hospital.

Didn't it look like he lost consciousness when he hit the boards? That's how it looked to me.

He looked like he had his bell rung, but not every bell ringing shot to the head leads to a concussion. I've been knocked senseless many times in my life, and have never ever sustained a concussion. My guess is the shoulder took a lot of the force into the boards.

He looked like he lost consciousness to me. He went totally limp. Thought for sure he had a concussion. I also thought when he got checked from behind earlier on the year he'd be out a lot longer.

Yeah, it looked real bad.  But if he had a concussion they wouldn't have put him back out there.

Glad he's alright. That looked scary seeing him motionless on the ice with his face covered in snow.

He passed the protocol.  He probably was concussed, but it was minor enough to where he could get back out there.  That's not to say he couldn't develop worsening symptoms later though.

Oh this young man has had a very trying rookie season, with the litigation, the notoriety, his subsequent deportation to Canada and that country's refusal to accept him, well, I guess that's more than most 21-year-olds can handle... Ogie Ogilthorpe!

Concussion has become such a scare word now. Even losing consciousness doesnt mean you'll get a concussion. Yes they are scary and need to be taken seriously but sometimes I really think we're getting too worried about them

I was at the game and was sitting a couple of rows behind the bench, right on the tunnel.  When they skated him over to the tunnel, he looked totally dazed, like he didn't know what was going on.

Piet came out and was talking to the D coach and Babs, and then went back in.  Kronwall was out for a while, but seemed ok once he got back.

You were good luck!  He came back out and they won, all for you!  :cheesy:

Maybe that's Kronner's MO.  Or maybe he's just one tough SOB.  I don't remember if he missed any games from it, but he looked exactly the same when Stewart boarded him in 2011.

The way he went in, looked like his neck and shoulders took the impact to me. Glad he is fine, had a bad thought about 7 in 7 for a minute there......

He played well tonight, so it doesn't seem like a concussion occurred
