Good stuff Smitty! F***ing love this kid. I've been a huge fan ever since we drafted him a couple months ago. I'm really hoping he lives up to his potential, and we get ourselves a Wayne Simmonds like player in a few years. If he can develop into Wayne Simmonds - wow : in couple of years we should have kind of roster : Mantha - Larkin - Smith Svechnikov - AA - Bertuzzi Abdelkader - Nielsen - Z Helm - LG - "BEEF" Tatar, Nyquist, Jurco, Pulks traded for defensive help. He skates well, he shoots well, he thinks the game the right way. Detroit got a great pick there in the second round. He's sure of himself but not cocky. I thought for sure there was a direct correlation between what a player could do in the BioSteel Cup Tournament and what they will eventually do in the NHL...
