If it's wrong, then I don't wanna be right. 

The East aint going to be looking to hit and beat up our grinders.... They are going to hit the hell out of our scores and play makers which worries me in regards to longevity and injuries.

Every game will seem like a playoff style game and honestly I dont think Bickell is an asset. he wouldnt hurt to have but not a head turner for me.

We need some more nails and mass because the East will be looking to welcome the mighty mighty Wings to the east by christening the ice with their blood.

The East might be more physical than the West, but come on.

It's not like we're going from Ice Capades to Slapshot.

Would people quit acting like they know Pavel Datsyuk personally and "know" what he would do or wouldn't do?  He may want  a ton of money.  None of us here knows that.  Ken Holland has been around the block a few times with star players.  I think he knows what he's doing.

I am the only one who liked the west coast swings to Cali and western Canada, I guess.  Work and traffic will prevent me from seeing the first period, or more, of most games now, going forward.  I do like a lot of Eastern conference teams, however, so it will be fun to see them play again Boston, Sabres and Tampa Bay more often.

The good part is it will be easier on the Wings, with less travel and stress and expense to the club.   The worst part:  only one game on with Nashville per season, and that was where I actually got to SEE them and meet the guys, etc.  It was fun while it lasted!!

So.  When does the schedule come out for 2013-2014? 

The Wings game 7 was the last game as they will just get beat in Chicago. Not having last change really hurts! It also hurts that we have no scoring depth and our players can clear the zone for long periods of time and did I forget to mention the turnovers in our own zone when those pucks could easily be moved up the ice. Speaking of moving up the ice anyone really annoyed as to the fact the Wings skaters choose to go East/West with the puck as opposed to North/South especially in their own zone and all it's doing is creating more Hawks posessions! No hope tonight guys can't see it happening!

I'm a huge Wings fan, I don't really get adults taking signs to hockey games.  Kind of like grown men taking a mitt to a ball game. 

Hold on now. There is nothing wrong with grown men taking a baseball mitt to a baseball game. Seriously.

Flashbacks of Heatley in Atlanta.. glad he wasn't injured for sure. Just like that a car that cost more than my house is just scrap metal, that's the depressing part.

If I were babs, heres what I would do;

 

1. chew 4 packs of gum at once

2. glare at the ice until it melts and reforms

3. save a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to geico

4. Stay at a Holiday Inn Express the night before....
