It's amazing how being down 2 games in a series brings out the worst in people. OPPOSING TEAMS' FANS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME AT LGW. I cannot emphasize this enough. If they are trolling, please, please, please report them; otherwise, they are welcome guests here. And honestly, some of the Sharks fans have added more to this one thread than many members have contributed in their entire tenure here. Treat them as you wish to be treated, or you will be the one asked to leave.

After careful thinking I've come to the conclusion that to win Wings should've scored more goals than Sharks.

I believe the Wings will win the next 4. I am going to break up the glass to the fire extinguisher and shave the playoff beard. I have only done this one time ever. In the 2008 opening round series after Nashville won games 3 and 4. It worked then I hope it works now. EDIT : After some convincing by my soon to be wife, where she asked me and I quote " you should shave it to a goatee like Shamerman." I'm assuming she meant Shanahan. In any event, I now have shaved it down to the Shanny playoff goatee. Hopefully this wil give our best power forward *cough* Franzen *cough* the boost he needs to channel his inner Shanny and start blasting pucks from the high slot past Niemi.

about the same as switching goalies after your #1 guy has given up 4 goals on 10 shots. Just to try to change the atmosphere, some momentum, a different look. Light a fire under whoever has to sit in Mike's place and maybe turn their play around. Motivate others to pick it up or they could be sitting as well. Modano is neither better or worse than the fore-mentioned players, but his style of play is vastly different and it would cause San Jose to change up a little bit, and that could throw the equilibrium off enough for a few lucky bounces to go our way, instead of theirs...

Or being outplayed by a better team at the moment. Save it for the GDT where the other geniuses instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano. I believe it the Wings. I believe they're a better team than has been displayed and have hope that they show up on Wednesday. It isn't a series until someone loses at home.

At the end of the day 4 players have points in these two games. The fact that Filppula, who was our second best forward in the first round and third to only Datsyuk and Zetterberg in all-around play is the one being called out is absolutely unbelievable.
