Edit: Another thing, a lot of this has to do with the Canadian hockey media protecting Canada's hockey relevance. If your team has a bunch of Canadian kids they know, then you must be good, because they know them. Out of market is easy because you can use Game Center (except for the absurd number of blackouts for national broadcasts.) Local when you don't have cable has been tough as there is no streaming that doesn't blackout all the games.

I have nothing but great memories of Franzen. He single handedly won series en route to back to back finals. If it wasn't for his freakish scoring I don't think we win in 08. I don't think I've ever seen a player so dominant. Consistent? Not quite but when he was on one of his crazy streaks there was absolutely nothing that could stop him
