I don't think the math works out that way. Seguin's right there with Larkin and Benn isn't far behind Larkin. And Abby has, like, 12 points. But, I mean, yeah. From what I'm hearing from Stars fans, Benn and Seguin haven't been the players they're being paid to be. The Stars' problems go way beyond those two having slightly disappointing seasons, but with big contracts come big expectations... Look at you, trying to act like you're not -3. "My stream was down!" well, I am glad I resisted spending a lot of money on tickets and driving to Dallas for this. Stars fans are brutal (as only fair-weather fans can be) when they are this far ahead. I don't need that in my life... I would like a goal, at least, so it's not a SHUT OUT!!!!

He's that classic brand of Wings archnemesis who plays for pretty much every team except the Wings and always finds a way to dagger us at each stop along his journey, whether it's breaking Jurco's ribs with a cross-check or scoring a dumb goal. Not so great. But then, no one on either team looked good. It's been a weird game.

hello, my dears.... I am ready for a WIN tonight, how 'bout you? I live 4 hours (drive time) from Dallas, but admit I did not spend the large $$ to be in Dallas for this game. It is nice to have them in the same state with me for once. I smell a Wings victory -- stay out of the box, for heaven's sake, boyz, be sure to protect your goalie tonight, and score a bunch. Love my Wings!!

When it comes to the Wings, I don't really differentiate between LW and RW anymore, because the Wings themselves don't really differentiate between the two. And I think the Wings are kind of ahead of the curve on this point. Because, for all intents and purposes, LW = RW = LW in today's game. I'd like to see the Wings add a couple high-end RH shooters, but I'm not gonna say Frk is our only RW just because he shoots right. I'd like to see us add Mark Stone at a not-insane price (meaning trade and/or UFA), but I don't see us getting him for anything less than an insane price. I don't think the fact that he shoots right means we should be significantly more interested than we otherwise would be. But that's all kind of beside the point, which is that we're not as deep on the wing as many Wings fans would like to believe we are. On this, you and I seem to agree. We also seem to agree re: the D and G depth charts. I say it a lot and I'll say it again: A team is only as deep as its top talent allows it to be.
